Collection: White Tara Thangka & Statue — Long Life

White Tara is white, seated with legs folded, right hand open in the gesture of granting, left hand holding the stem of a white lotus. Her seven eyes — two in the face, one in the forehead, the palms and the soles of the feet — mark her as the Tara who watches everywhere.

Her practice is the one most often used for long life, recovery from illness and protection, and it is the Tara chosen for personal longevity rituals rather than for swift action in daily affairs, which belongs to Green Tara.

Formats in this collection: Hand-painted thangka and prints, painted and cast statues, tsa-tsa molds, and dzi beads and pendants.
