Bộ sưu tập: Milarepa Thangka & Statue
Jetsun Milarepa is the eleventh-century Tibetan yogi whose hundred thousand songs are still read aloud across the Himalayas. He is painted with green-tinged skin from years of nettle soup in mountain caves, his right hand raised to his ear in the gesture of listening to the nature of mind.
He is not a deity to petition but a model: the lineage holder who reached realisation in one lifetime, and the patron of hermits, singers and anybody practising alone.
Formats in this collection: Hand-painted thangka, woodblock prints and cast statues; smaller prints suit a study or meditation corner rather than a formal shrine.
