商品系列: Amitabha Thangka, Statue & Tsa Tsa

Amitabha, the Buddha of Limitless Light, is red and sits in the meditation mudra with an alms bowl resting in his lap, wearing the simple robe of a monk. He presides over Sukhavati, the western pure land of great bliss.

Most people meet him through the pure land practice of aspiration to be reborn in Dewachen, recited at the moment of death and during retreat. He is often confused with Amitayus, who shares his colour but holds a vase of long life and wears the ornaments of a bodhisattva.

Formats in this collection: Hand-painted and printed thangka, cast and painted statues, tsa-tsa molds, and amulets.
