Collectie: Vajrapani Thangka, Statue & Amulet

Vajrapani, the holder of the vajra, is the bodhisattva of power and the guardian of the tantras. Alongside Manjushri and Avalokiteshvara he forms the three family protectors, embodying the strength that wisdom and compassion need to act.

He appears in a peaceful form, and more often in the wrathful blue-black form with a vajra raised in the right hand, flame-coloured hair and a tiger-skin skirt, standing on a sun disc.

Formats in this collection: Hand-painted and printed thangka, statues, tsa-tsa molds, and amulets and pendants for wearing.
